Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservations

Products can be reserved upon request. A reservation is confirmed once we have acknowledged it and, if required, received the agreed reservation payment.

Reserved items are held for the agreed period only. If payment is not completed within the agreed timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and the item made available for sale again.

All products sold through this store are subject to the VAT margin scheme for second-hand goods in accordance with Section 79 of the Finnish Value Added Tax Act (AVL 79 §). VAT is included in the price and is not shown separately. As the margin scheme is applied, the buyer is not entitled to deduct VAT.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once the item has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled and our return policy will apply instead.

Custom or Special Orders

Custom orders, specially sourced items, or modified products may not be cancelled or returned once confirmed.

Seller’s Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded.
