We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your rug, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

• Rugs must be returned in the same condition as received
• Returns are accepted only for unused items without damage caused after delivery
• As each rug is unique and often vintage or handmade, minor signs of age and wear are considered part of the character and are not defects

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned rug has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter quickly.

Color & appearance notice

Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions. We aim to provide accurate photos and descriptions of every rug.
